A champion of law enforcement, Jim Penman has consistently supported the SBPD, with achievements such as closing over 500 drug and gang houses and initiating groundbreaking gang and prostitution injunctions during his tenure.

From his days as a young student at Pacific High School to being part of the inaugural class at Cal State San Bernardino, these formative experiences have deeply rooted him in the city’s fabric.
